Loralei had her first well baby visit to the Pediatrician yesterday. It was no surprise at all she has grown quite a bit. She weighed in at 8lbs and 13oz (that is up over 1lbs since her birth week) and has hit 21 inches. She is in her last pack of newborn diapers before we change over to the BIG 1! It amazes me how much she has changed in just 3 short weeks, and I know this is just the beginning of her many changes.
She is sleeping well, and only getting up 1 or 2 times a night. This makes for a happy, well rested mommy. She is loving tummy time on her "under the sea mat" and trying every day to hold her head up. We are going to transition to the crib next week, wish me luck as I brave this big girl step.
This past weekend she got to meet lots of new family members over the Easter Holiday, and Dave was home for 3 whole days!! We had a great weekend with our families, and look forward to the next time.
I just had to post this picture. Dave took it Sunday after church, and it just shows my two favorite people and how much they look a like!
