Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 17 Weeks
Size of baby: Baby D is the size of an turnip (blech) or the size of my open hand!Total Weight Gain/Loss: Gained 6 lbs
Maternity Clothes: Not yet, but I did part ways with my favorite Blue Jeans this weekend, Bittersweet!
Gender: Can't wait to find out! 19 more days!!!!
Movement: Still waiting on my first hard kick, or punch
Sleep: so, so I am tired but not sleeping as sound as I used to.
What I miss: I will miss my Blue Jeans
Cravings: Salty foodsSymptoms: nothing really, just tired
Best Moment this week: Watching Dad and Dave move the crib into the house, only to watch them take it apart and put it back together because it was to big for the door way. LOL
I am writing to you from Sunny and COLD Las Vegas, I am here for a few days and then all next week for more Obama mandated travel. The reason for all my travel lately is the Obama stimulus plan to make all Medical Records electronic by 2012. My company is ahead of the curve, and will be rewarded if we are done by June 2011. I on the other hand could care a less, I just want to be home, but I am grateful for my job, and glad to have landed in the Healthcare world (most days :)).
I have added my 17 week photo! It is a bit fuzzy, but you get the gist on how big I am.
Update on baby Owen, he went home Monday! WOOT!!! He has an infection they are unsure of the source, but he is home and will come back to Vandy in 4-5 Months for surgery #2.
