Here we are 2 months old already!! We had a great check up at the doctor. Loralei weighed 12lbs and 13oz (she is a healthy girl :)) She is also 22 inches long. Dr. White said she is a beautiful, dimpled, perfect baby. With the 2 month check up she also got her first 3 shots. She was so brave, but mama and Loralei cried before it was over.

Milestones for Month 2:
Loralei you are laughing all the time, and starting to coo and giggle. You have found both your hands and use them to pacify yourself from time to time. You are wearing most 0-3 month outfits and a few 3 month dresses. You wear a size 1 diaper, and drink a 6oz bottle every 3 hours except at night. You want to constantly have eye contact, and have someone talk to you, but you also enjoy a little downtime in the swing. You are such a big girl and are sleeping through the night. Mommy puts you to bed at 9 or 9:30 and you sleep until 5 or 5:30. You have taken lots of car trips and like to visit Daddy at Ft. Knox and run errands with mommy. You spend most your time sleeping, but you are having more long spurts of awake and play time. You love to lay on you back and stare at your under the sea mat, and all the bright fish. You are not a fan of your high chair, but you are starting to get the hang of it if mommy is within eye shot. You are such a big girl, and such a blessing to all of us, we love you.
