Aunt Rachel

Dave's baby sister Rachel is due with her first child a daughter, in early December.  We took a trip to KY this weekend to celebrate baby Harper with a shower.  We crammed in a little family time too.  Our visits are always too short. It was great to see Aunt Britney, Uncle Michael, Uncle Lee, Aunt Bianca, Uncle Austin, Aunt Rachel, Nanna, Pa, and all our cousins and Granny Staton at the shower :)

I found this little gem in Daddy's baby book! I can NOT believe how much Loralei and her daddy favor! ;)  My dimpled babies!  Uncle Lee was a cutie too ;)

24 weeks

24 Weeks with Lulu
24 Weeks with Baby Sissy (not a flattering butt shot LOL)

Pregnancy Highlights:

How Far Along: 24 Weeks
Size of baby: Baby D is the size of an ear of Corn and weighs just over 1LB
Total Weight Gain/Loss: +13lbs
Maternity Clothes: I wear maternity jeans and pants but everything else is regular.
Gender: It's a girl!!!
Movement: Lots of movements, you can even see her move through my shirt
Sleep: Sleeping pretty well, the hubby not so much. There is a new mattress in our immediate future.
What I miss: Vino, sleeping on my stomach, and being able to move with ease.
Cravings: Sugar, I mean lots of sugar. I have had to really rein it in lately.
Symptoms: Just lots of trips to the potty!
Best Moment this week: Taking Big sissy to my 6 month appt to hear little sissy's heartbeat. Once she learned we were not taking little sissy home she was pretty miffed!

Disney Warm Up!

We leave for Disney World in T-Minus 4 days.  Before we shove off, we had a send off with Disney on Ice "Frozen" (a little redundant huh?)   Loralei loved it and kept saying "I AM SO EXCITED" I can't wait to take her to the "house of mouse" next week!  Hold on Lulu you are going to be SOOOOO VERY EXCITED!! ;)

Just listening to some tunes.

She and her "baby" were engrossed in morning TV

Daddys Show

Daddy was in a show "To Kill a Mockingbird" this past week.  He was a great as "Walter Cunningham Sr." and Loralei really enjoyed watching the practices, and the backstage action.  She was kinda over the show once "Scout" was off stage or daddy. She was toally in love with the little girl playing Scout, and I see a lot of Scout in our little LL. ;) I love that she is wrapped in this performing arts family with us.
