Cora is 5!!!

 My baby is 5! I don't know how or where the past 5 years went, but I do know what they mean when they say the days are long, but the years are short. Cora, you are a precocious, loving, free spirit. Our lives would be a bore without you. Keep smiling, snuggling, and giving each task you take on your full effort. We love you, mommy and daddy. 

Christmas 2019!

 

Christmas is in the books! Santa came and scooters were the hit of the year. ALL our cousins got scooters for Christmas and the weather has been wonderfully mild so we have been out riding every chance we get.

Christmas kick off and Jingle Jam

 Christmas is here and it is in full swing.  Our little actress was the star in the Greatest Christmas Pagent Ever and Ellie is back and cooking up trouble.

        Pop came into town for a few days ahead of Christmas. It was good but too short of a visit. 

SANTA, I KNOW HIM!

 We celebrated Thanksgiving with Bebe and had quite a surprise. SANTA CAME.  He read us a book and brought our elves to us.  It was so so so cool. I have never met the REAL Santa before. 

So much to be Thankful for!

 We have a great Thanksgiving in Albany with our DeForest family and Granny Staton. Cora got to help make butter rolls and lots of memories were made. 

Veterans Day

 We are so proud of Daddy. He has been a soldier for 19 years.  This year we skipped school and went downtown Nashville to watch daddy march his students in the Nashville Veteran's Day parade. 

A few days after that daddy had surgery to fix a bum ankle. He did great. He had the best wee nurse.

Halloween 2019

Halloween is one of our favorite family holidays. I  mean this crew dresses up 11 months out of the year, but this is the one time of the year people don't stare. :)
