Disney Jr LIVE

Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Princess Sophia, and Jake and the Neverland Pirates came to town. We took a trip to see them, and Loralei was in Princess heaven. She loved getting to wear her Princess Sophia dress and see all the other boys, and girls that were dressed up. These are great memories I hope she has forever.

Our first Dentist Visit!

Loralei had her first trip to the dentist. She was a champ. She sat in mommy's lap and let Mrs. Erin clean, floss, and check every single tooth. She didn't fuss one time. Mommy and Mrs. Erin were so proud of Loralei.

It has been a while blogger world. Let's catch up! Loralei had her Valentines Day party at school. She also received a few Valentines from Daddy, Mommy, & Nanna, Pa that were delivered to her. She loved the balloons, candy, and teddy bears. She is one loved baby girl!

Jack!

Around Loralei's 14th month of life she made a new friend "Jack" they were classmates at Mother's Day out and then again at Goddard School. Just before Christmas we learned that Jack would be moving to Reno with his family. We were (are) super supper sad to lose our best buddy to another state, but we are very excited for his families new journey.

This past week Loralei and Jack had their first cyber-playdate and it was a huge success. I think there will be more of these to come.

Big girl bed.

Well, after several attempts to escape her confined space (crib) we decided it was time to drop the front off the baby bed and convert it into a BIG GIRL BED. Loralei has a lovely "official" big girl bed, but we figured slow and steady before that transition. ;) So far she has done great. She stays put when we lay her down, and comes straight to mommy and daddy's room when she wakes up (She has mastered the door knob, there is no locking her in lol). It is bittersweet with her 3rd birthday looming, but such is life. They must grow, and we must give them wings. :(

Circus

We took a trip to the "Greatest Show on Earth" last week. We had so much fun seeing the Clowns, Tigers, and Elephants up close. Mom learned a valuable lesson. Buy tickets early, and up close. The nose bleeds are no fun compared to being 7 rows from the action.
